Short, rather pointless entry. Technology seems to be pushing towards this thing where its acceptable to install all sorts of consumer adaware on your computer and monitor your browsing and buying practices.
When did it become okay for AOL IM to put shit on my computer to it could offer me shit I don't want? When did it become okay for millions of advertising companies to put their shit on my computer and pop up shit to piss me off? Why in the name of all that is good and holy isn't the government doing something about this, rather than wasting their time like that clusterfuck of a senator Joe fucking Lieberman on ratings for video games that not only blow, but aren't either a) released yet or b) released in the United States?
Am I the only person not on crazy pills?
As an aside, I hung out with Erin tonight. It was nice being able to talk to an ex and realize that neither of us had a significant amount of sexual attraction left anymore for the other. We could then joke around with our sexual escapades, both during the relationship and in our subsequent ones. Good times. And lets face it, Denny's is always a good time when its you and an ex sharing a cup of coffee with a couple of thugs in the table behind you.
Thugs. Ha. One of these days I'm gonna need to climb out of the attic of the ivory tower.
Miss Any?
Alright, we're gonna give this a shot
